Customising the branding in DataGuard CPM allows you to create a seamless integration of your organisation’s identity into all user-facing elements of the platform. This ensures that forms, emails, and preference centres align with your brand, providing a consistent experience for your users without requiring technical assistance.

Customising Branding in DataGuard CPM

  • Admin Section: Branding customisations are managed through the Branding page in the Admin section of the CPM UI. This user-friendly interface makes it easy for non-technical staff to tailor the appearance of DataGuard CPM forms and communications to match your organisation’s branding.

  • Global Branding: Currently, a global branding configuration is applied across the entire application. This includes emails (such as double opt-in messages), hosted preference centres, and optionally, widgets. The widget branding can be toggled on or off within the template settings, giving you the choice to apply the CPM branding directly or allow your technical team to control the look and feel.
