How to use our UI to capture preferences

The Citizens UI in DataGuard CPM allows you to easily view and modify Citizen Preferences. This guide will walk you through the steps to update a Citizen’s Preferences.

Step 1: Navigate to the Citizen's Profile

Use the search functionality to locate the specific Citizen whose Preferences you wish to update, as detailed in the Record Consent guide.

Step 2: Access the Preferences Tab

Within the Citizen’s profile, navigate to the "Preferences" tab. This tab provides a comprehensive view of the current Preferences set by the Citizen.

Step 3: Update Preferences

Review the existing Preferences and make any necessary updates. Then click "Save preferences" to apply the changes. The Citizen’s profile will now reflect the updated Preferences, ensuring that all future interactions comply with their updated choices.
